Refund and Returns Policy

At Peacocktee, we take pride in the quality of our custom Print-on-Demand (POD) products and stand behind our workmanship. Here’s our policy for refunds and returns to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Accepted Returns: We accept returns for defective products (e.g., flawed prints, poor quality, or items differing from what was represented on our site).
  • Non-Returnable: We typically do not accept returns for user errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds

If your product meets one of these criteria, we’ll happily provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost:

  • The product is defective (e.g., printing errors, damage).
  • The print quality does not meet our standards.
  • The item received differs significantly from what was ordered.

Process:

  1. Email us at contact@peacocktee.com within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Photos showing the defect (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and process a refund or replacement once the item is received.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via PayPal) within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.

For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), email us at contact@peacocktee.com. If approved (at our discretion), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and no restocking fees will apply.

Exchanges

We currently only replace defective or incorrect items with the same product. Exchanges for different items, sizes, or designs are not available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If still unresolved, email us at contact@peacocktee.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned, unless defective.

Gifts

  • Direct Gift Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the item.
  • Indirect Gifts: If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, we’ll refund them directly and notify them of the return.

Shipping Returns

  • Defective Items: If approved, we provide a free, downloadable return label.
  • Non-Defective Items: If approved at our discretion, you’ll cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
  • Recommendations: For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking. Delivery times for replacements vary by location.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not qualify for a refund or replacement and may not be returned to you.
  • This policy aligns with our commitment to quality but differs slightly from Google Merchant Center settings (which allow non-defective returns with free labels). We’re updating Merchant Center to reflect this policy accurately.
