Returns & Refunds

We stand by our promise that any defects or errors on our part will be rectified with a replacement at no cost. Returns stemming from user errors, such as size, design, or color selection mistakes, are generally not accepted. Customers who wish to return items are responsible for covering the return shipping cost and can choose their preferred shipping carrier. Afterward, please send the tracking information to us. Once we track the delivered order, we will proceed with the refund. We only accept returns in cases where we send the wrong product/design/color/size or in instances of manufacturing defects or damage during production.

This information aids us in investigating replacements and preventing future errors. Our customer service team will assess your claim, and if approved, we will dispatch a replacement without any charge. For other inquiries, email us at contact@peacockteeshop.com. If your claim is approved, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving your return for a refund to be processed. Unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged are ineligible for a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Sale Items (if applicable)

Refunds apply only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at contact@peacockteeshop.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
